TIM Program
We are empowering individuals with the skills, tools, knowledge, and mindset taught at leading institutions like the Harvard Kennedy School, MIT, and Stanford d.school. We believe that empowered individuals are the foundation of a strong and thriving nation. By equipping people with the right capabilities, we nurture their potential to navigate complex challenges, rethink conventional approaches, take meaningful action to solve pressing challenges and global issues, uplift communities, and contribute to the nation’s progress.

Interdisciplinary Skills Training Program
The program trains participants in the interdisciplinary skills, tools, and mindsets taught at institutions like the Harvard Kennedy School, MIT, and Stanford d.school.
How we drive change
We are making world-class training accessible to those who might not otherwise have the opportunity to learn them.
Participants learn interdisciplinary skills through exposure to public policy frameworks, design thinking, systems thinking, and other relevant tools and mindsets.

Leadership Program
The program nurtures leadership through immersive, real-world scenarios from conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement to adaptive decision-making and ethical challenges.
How we drive change
We use global case studies rooted in real-world leadership scenarios such as conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, and ethical decision-making to help participants understand complex challenges, explore practical solutions, and build skills they can apply in real time.

Accelerator Program
We provide early-stage venture support through funding, guidance to develop viable projects, and mentorship to confidently navigate the critical early stages of launching social enterprises and nonprofits.
How we drive change
We prepare individuals to start their journey in social entrepreneurship or nonprofit leadership, launch social ventures and nonprofits, tackle complex challenges, and lead change in their communities.

Lending Library
The lending library serves as an offline space where participants can borrow books to support their learning journey.
How we drive change
Beyond access to reading material, the space fosters community interaction—providing a place to connect, exchange ideas, and collaborate on projects that aim to drive social change.

Fellowship Program
The program supports individuals with creative talents—such as artists, filmmakers, designers, or storytellers to use their creative skills to communicate ideas, reframe narratives, design bold projects, and drive action at the grassroots level.
How we drive change
Depending on the Fellow’s discipline and focus, the project may take various forms. A visual artist can create public murals that highlight issues such as water scarcity, or food insecurity, turning neglected walls into canvases for collective voice and hope. A filmmaker could produce a short documentary following the daily lives of ragpickers, using intimate storytelling to humanize systemic inequities.
