Cancellation & Refund Policy
Small Wish International Foundation believes in providing support to its customers wherever possible, and hence follows a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 3 to 5 days of placing the order. However, if the order has already been processed by our vendors or the shipping process has started, the cancellation may not be accepted.

Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items, such as flowers, food items, or other consumables. However, if a customer can demonstrate that the product delivered is defective or of poor quality, a refund or replacement may be provided.

In case you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 3 to 5 days of receiving the product. The product will be examined by our team or the vendor to validate the complaint before any action is taken.

If the product you receive differs significantly from what was displayed on our website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify us within 3 to 5 days of delivery. Our Customer Service team will investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

For products covered under manufacturer warranty, we request customers to directly contact the manufacturer for service or replacement.

In cases where a refund is approved by Small Wish International Foundation, the amount will be processed and credited to the customer within 3 to 5 business days.
