Core Team Members
The Core Team Members are passionate individuals/ volunteers coming together to make a proactive difference in their local community. They are from a variety of disciplines and are assigned to specific assignments and projects based on their qualifications. They support the foundation’s daily operations by volunteering on a regular basis, whether it’s once per week or once per month, or with ongoing programs. They actively plan and organize events in their communities and assist with core tasks at the events.

Arif Lemani
Arif Lemani, the visionary founder of Small Wish International, combines his engineering expertise with a passion for making a positive impact, driving the organization forward in its mission to fulfill the dreams of those in need, one small wish at a time.

Sheikh Prince Khalid
Prince Khalid, the dedicated human resource professional, plays a pivotal role at Amazon India, fostering a vibrant and inclusive work culture that empowers employees to thrive and excel in their roles, ensuring both individual and organizational success.

Nitin Sharma
Nitin Sharma is a photographer from Bangalore, India. He has over 5 years of experience and has traveled to countries like Sri Lanka, UAE, Greece, and Indonesia for his work. He joined in February 2021 as a fellow and was deputed to Majuli Island, Assam as part of his AEDI Fellowship where he worked alongside the core team to understand the challenges and develop a strategy to promote sustainable community-based tourism. After completing his fellowship, he joined as a core team member. In addition, he has been extensively documenting the work of the foundation and plans to release a documentary on September 2023.

Sahil Hassan
Sahil Hassan, the skilled engineer and webmaster, is the driving force behind Lumenoid Studios, combining technical prowess with artistic flair to craft immersive digital experiences that leave a lasting impression. With a passion for innovation, he continues to push boundaries in the world of web design.

Sakina Shaikh
Sakina holds a master’s degree in Behavioral psychology with over four years of experience in the corporate sector. She has a keen interest in mental health, social work, and anthropology, combining her knowledge to understand the complexities of human behavior. She joined in February 2023 as a part of the team that worked on the implementation of the For a Change Project in Bangalore and currently thrives in her multifaceted role as a core team member.
